Best wishes for all the hard workers
Guided by this philosophy, iTips provides a human development framework that connects the craftsmanship, skills, and spirit cultivated through Japan's manufacturing tradition to the growth of each individual.
To share Japan's advanced expertise in "monozukuri" across the world, particularly within the construction and manufacturing industries, iTips promotes hitozukuri—the development of people—throughout Asia, with a strong focus on India.
Through a multifaceted ecosystem including oyakata Monozukuri, oyakata Skill Training Center, oyakata Scrum, and oyakata Drive, we integrate practical skills training rooted in craftsmanship with the cultivation of professional mindset and values.
As a "Monozukuri Talent Development Hub" connecting Japan and Asia, we nurture talent in practice-oriented campuses designed to bring learning closer to real worksites—enabling individuals to learn while working in environments that reflect real industry conditions.
oyakata Monozukuri is an initiative in which our group directly operates real construction and manufacturing projects in India. Rather than relying on simulated training environments, we engage in actual contracted projects to gain firsthand insight into the practical differences between Japanese and Indian worksites.
These insights are continuously reflected in our curriculum and evaluation standards, integrating real-world operations with education. This approach forms the foundation for developing professionals who learn from the field and thrive in the field.
The oyakata Skill Training Center is a practice-oriented "Japanese-style monozukuri school" for young people in India aspiring to work for Japanese companies, officially recognized by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
To date, more than 150 students have enrolled, achieving the world's highest pass rate in the Specified Skilled Worker Evaluation Examination for the construction sector.
Beyond Japanese language and technical training, our program cultivates the essential professional competencies required on real worksites—including discipline, safety and hygiene awareness, 5S practices, and effective communication through Ho-Ren-So (reporting, informing, and consulting). Through this integrated approach, we deliver true hitozukuri—the development of people.
oyakata Scrum is a collaborative development model that connects employment opportunities for young people in India with labor needs in Japan's construction and manufacturing industries through hitozukuri—the development of people.
Participants first acquire safety and hygiene practices, 5S principles, technical skills, Japanese language proficiency, and professional ethics at the Skill Training Center, and then strengthen their practical capabilities through on-the-job training (OJT) with Japanese companies.
By designing education, employment, and daily life support as one integrated system, we create new career pathways for young people in India while providing Japanese worksites with trusted team members they can rely on with confidence.
oyakata Drive is a program designed to support the acquisition of a Japanese driver's license—an essential requirement for working safely at construction sites in Japan.
Participants learn not only traffic rules and safe driving awareness, but also Japanese daily-life manners and appropriate workplace conduct. This integrated preparation helps reduce accident risks even before arriving in Japan.
After arrival, the program supports mobility and improves quality of life (QOL), contributing to safer communities and greater peace of mind for both young professionals and local regions.
