  • Position General Back Office (HR, General Affairs, Accounting, etc.)
  • Job Description As the first full-time member of the management group, you will be responsible for overall back office operations. You will primarily handle a wide range of back office tasks, focusing on building internal rules and improving business processes.

    While we currently have part-time support members, we are looking for someone to join as a full-time team member to gradually take on the following responsibilities:
    General Affairs - Office environment management
    - Meeting minutes creation/management
    HR/Recruitment - Attendance management
    - Employment contract renewal and management
    - Recruitment activities (document screening, applicant communication, etc.)
    - Onboarding/offboarding, insurance procedures support
    Finance/Accounting - Subsidy-related document preparation support
    Other - Internal policy development and revision support
    Key Points You will need to work autonomously to build the organization's foundation. While you can consult with the CEO who works closely with you, you will often need to make decisions independently.
    This can be challenging, but it also makes the work highly rewarding.

  • Position Technical Instructor at oyakata Skill Training Center (India)
  • Job Description Overview As a technical instructor at our skills training center, you will teach Japan's advanced techniques to local trainees. After joining, you will spend up to 6 months at the Nagoya headquarters to understand operations before relocating to India.

    Details - Practical and classroom education for construction/manufacturing sites
    Construction: painting, carpentry, scaffolding, welding, construction management, special education, etc.
    Manufacturing: machine tool engineering, operation, maintenance engineering, etc.

    - Technical examination planning and implementation (test creation, examiner duties)
    - Teaching material development (practical materials, lecture resources, etc.)
    - Training local instructors and building the educational system
    - On-site school operations support (coordinating with other Japanese instructors/staff)

    *Trainees are Indian youth aged 10s-20s
    *Our school is officially certified by both Japanese and Indian governments as a "Japanese-style Manufacturing School"

    Team Structure The Indian subsidiary consists of 35 members.
