On September 22, 2026, iTips Inc. held an online seminar titled “How iTips’ Unique Training Model Accelerates Business Success in India — From the Field of oyakata scrum.”
Ratnesh Kumar, CEO of iTips, introduced our approach to developing local talent in India, from our training school “oyakata Skill Training Centre” to “oyakata scrum,” our program for developing talent together with partner companies.
Through oyakata scrum, we are working with Komatsu India (construction machinery operators and assemblers), Chubu Electric Power Grid (electricians), and Mitsubishi Elevator India (elevator installation), incorporating each company’s field expertise and safety culture into training.
